At Intero, we take your health picture and goals into account. You don’t need to know where to start your fitness journey, you just have to be willing to get started. Our medically informed fitness studio provides personalized fitness programming and 1-on-1 care to adults who need support starting a new exercise routine.

How it Works

Personalized and medically informed fitness

We personalize your fitness to your health status, lifestyle goals, and physical limitations. Our medical fitness trainers intake health history and complete Sano Motion Capture, Dynamometer, and bodyweight movements strength tests to create a program with results that can be tracked. We acknowledge what you’ve been through, how your health history impacts your movements, and why you want to get moving.
